I am so glad you are here. Â Choose the session that feels right for you and select a time that works. Â Full payment is required at the time of booking and you will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to prepare. Â If you have any questions before booking, feel free to reach out.
No refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. Booking reserves your time exclusively. For you and that time cannot be offered to anyone else.
Recording
I do not record sessions. However, you are welcome to record on your own device. Please ensure your phone is silenced before we begin.

Rescheduling
Life happens. Each session includes one complimentary reschedule with a 48-hour notice. Less than 48 hours or a no-show forfeits the session. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original appointment. Please contact me at the link below to reschedule. Â

Zoom
All virtual sessions are held via Zoom. Please ensure Zoom is installed and your account/login is ready before we meet.
Before you Book
Late arrival
Please be ready 5 minutes before we begin. Sessions start at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your session.
Mutual Respect
This is a sacred and supportive space for both of us. I reserve the right to cancel a session if I feel the client is not in the right place to receive this work, or if mutual respect is not upheld. Fees are non-refundable in these circumstances.
