Please read these policies before booking. They apply to all sessions unless a section notes a difference for single sessions, Intuitive Coaching packages, or the free coaching consultation.

Payment

• Single sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.  Booking reserves your time exclusively for you, and that time cannot be offered to anyone else.

• Intuitive Coaching: Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. The Foundation Package includes three 60-minute sessions, and the Transformation Package includes five 60-minute sessions.

​Coaching Package Timeframe

• The Foundation Package must be completed within 3 months, and the Transformation Package within 5 months, starting from the date you book your first session. Please book your first session within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire.

Rescheduling

• Single sessions: Life happens. Each session includes one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, and the rescheduled session must take place within 90 days of your original appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the session.

• Intuitive Coaching: Package sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, as long as the new session falls within your package timeframe. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, count as a used session. To reschedule, please email me at info@sunshineintuitive.com.

• Free Coaching Consultation: Free 15-minute consultation is a chance to talk about your goals and whether coaching is a good fit. There's no obligation to purchase. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just email me at info@sunshineintuitive.com.

Zoom

• All sessions are held via Zoom. Please make sure Zoom is installed and updated, your login is ready, and you have a stable internet connection before we meet.

Late Arrival

• Please be ready 5 minutes before we begin. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of a single session, or count as a used session for coaching packages.

A Session Just for You

• Each session is private and for one person. If you'd like to include others, please email me to book a group reading.

Recording

• I do not record sessions. You're welcome to record on your own device for personal use, but please don't share recordings publicly without my permission. Kindly turn off notifications on your device before we begin.

Mutual Respect

• This is a sacred and supportive space for both of us. I reserve the right to end or decline a session if I feel you're not in the right place to receive this work, or if mutual respect is not upheld. Fees are non-refundable in these circumstances, and for coaching packages, the session counts as used.

Politics

• I do not read on or discuss politics, political figures, or elections. Our time together is focused on you: your path, your relationships, your loved ones, and your growth.

Sessions are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional care. Nothing shared in a session is medical, mental health, legal, financial, or veterinary advice. Intuitive coaching is not therapy or counseling. All services are for individuals 18 years of age or older.
